Because our products are custom printed we cannot provide returns for sizing issues. Please double check your size and products specifications before ordering.
Claims for defective/misprinted products must be submitted within 5 days after you received it. Claims due to an error on our side are covered at our expense.
If you have any problem with your order, please submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your order number.
If you provide an address that is considered incomplete or wrong by the shipping company, it will be returned to us and you will be responsible for re-shipment charges when the correct address is confirmed.
We do not offer exchanges on any printed item.
We do not offer cancellations under any circumstances. All our products are made to order and the process begins immediately after an order is placed. Please email us at email@example.com we will see if we are still on time for cancellation, but we cannot not guarantee it.
