By placing an order with Supershirt, you agree with the following:

Registered Trademarks, Logos, Copyrighted Material

In the event that Supershirt is to embroider or print at the request of a buyer a likeness of a
person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the Buyer, Buyer hereby represents that said
likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights
thereto.
On request of Supershirt, Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce
such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold Supershirt free and harmless from all liability and indemnify
Supershirt for any loss, damage or injury, which Supershirt, may suffer as a result of
producing said likeness.
The obligation of the buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs
incurred by Supershirt as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the Buyer.

Payments, Returns and Exchanges
All custom orders must be prepaid.
Because our products are custom printed we cannot provide returns for sizing issues. Please double check your size and products specifications before ordering.
Claims for defective/misprinted products must be submitted within 5 days after you received it. Claims due to an error on our side are covered at our expense.
If you have any problem with your order, please submit an email to orders@supershirt.ca, please include your order number.
If you provide an address that is considered incomplete or wrong by the shipping company, it will be returned to us and you will be responsible for re-shipment charges when the correct address is confirmed.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any printed item.

Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations under any circumstances. All our products are made to order and the process begins immediately after an order is placed. Please email us at orders@supershirt.ca we will see if we are still on time for cancellation, but we cannot not guarantee it.
Screens & Digitizing files remain the property of Supershirt.

Artwork Approval
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to
double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork.
If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all
original costs of printing (screens, setup charges, any substrates), including corrections and reprints.
The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of
artwork.
Customer’s signature/email approval on artwork approval is contractually binding for payment of all
services rendered.
All artwork must be approved by the customer with an authorized signature or email confirmation before
a job can be entered into production.

Outside Items and Apparel
If we take any outside items, every effort is made to ensure that the items brought in are customized without errors. Supershirt will not be held responsible for the cost of an item that was brought to us by the customer to be customized. By placing an order you acknowledge that Supershirt will not be held responsible for any of the cost of the item(s) brought to us in the event that an item or items are customized in error, damaged or lost.
